Pre-Treatment Care
Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E for 3–5 days before (if safe).
Come with clean skin; avoid makeup or skincare products.
Notify provider of any infections, cold sores, or recent dental work.
Post-Treatment Care
Expect temporary redness, swelling, bruising, or tenderness.
Apply cool compresses as needed; avoid massaging unless directed.
Avoid vigorous exercise, saunas, and alcohol for 24 hours.
No facials, dental work, or additional treatments for at least 2 weeks.
Final results are visible once swelling resolves, typically in 1–2 weeks.
