Late Cancellations and Re-scheduling / No Shows
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
A cancellation or rescheduling is considered late if it occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without prior notice. In either case, the missed appointment fee will be equal to the amount of the deposit on file. If no deposit was collected at the time of booking, a $100 fee will be charged for any appointment that is cancelled, rescheduled within 48 hours, or missed without notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 856-689-2802 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you reach us outside of business hours, you may leave a detailed voicemail message, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
